Seb Davies, a Director at RLB, oversees the delivery of RLB’s technical Cost Management services in the UAE. Seb has provided expert advice on a wide range of construction projects in the UK and UAE since 2009. He also leads RLB’s Digital Services in the region while actively supporting RLB’s initiatives in the development of carbon calculations and life cycle cost models.
