The Smart Built Environment Forum (SBEF) is the foremost platform for discussions on the factors impacting and influencing the built environment in the Middle East region.

Over the last three years, the forum – organized in Dubai and KSA – has brought together five major verticals of the built environment – real estate, facilities management, community management, property management, and PropTech – under one roof.

Leading voices and businesses come together every year to speak of the existing challenges the industry faces as well as provide valuable information and insights into the trends and opportunities the future could bring. This 2-day, in-person event includes co-located training sessions by credible associations every year.
